I have 14 years' experience as a clinical psychologist working with individuals with varied struggles, including depression, trauma, anger, and substance abuse. I was also trained as a forensic psychologist, and I am currently working on an Inpatient Psychiatry Unit as well as the Workplace Violence Prevention Program Manager of a hospital. As part of my online practice, I am now approved to participate in the PsyPact States. Living Stream was created to share my joy of self-discovery. Through my work, I discovered the importance of inner awareness to free oneself from the past and restraining beliefs. I am passionate about helping others break free from their emotional chains to blossom into the best version of themselves and reach one’s life purpose. I am offering individual, couple, and group therapy. Through seminars, and workshops, I will also provide opportunities for discovery and increasing awareness. I am certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and have training in Mindfulness-based techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
